What photo works best?
A clear, well-lit photo of your pet's face, taken in daylight, without heavy filters. Phone photos are fine.
What if my photo won't print well?
We check every photo before printing. If it's too blurry or dark, we'll email you to ask for another one.
How long does it take?
Most orders are made and shipped within a few business days, then travel by tracked US shipping. In December, check the banner at the top of the site for the last day to order for Christmas.
Can I order for more than one pet?
Yes. The Family Pack gives you three ornaments with a different photo on each, plus free shipping.
What if it arrives damaged?
Reply to your order email with a photo within 30 days and we'll send a free replacement or refund you.
Can I make a memorial ornament?
Yes. Choose the Memorial style in the preview above and add your pet's name and years.
